Admit That It's Christmas already

THE ZEST OF YORE's "Admit That It's Christmas (You've Got To)" will kick-off the Cohesion holiday CD, 'Tis the Season. This compilation CD featuring Denton bands doing original holiday tunes will be available in the coming weeks.

In her review of 'Tis The Season, Denton Record-Chronicle writer Mariel Tam calles ZOY's song:
"a real chestnut with a classy pop chorus,
a double entendre or two in the lyrics,
and a Prince-worthy guitar solo."

The Porch is a Denton-based independent magazine that publishes underground and alternative literature. But it's so much more than that. They also host public readings and live music at Dan's Silver Leaf several times each month. On Tuesday, November 30, The Zest of Yore will be one of the featured bands.
